Same old dog, different moods
I recently participated in a not-so-short conversation with my good friend Madhu for his podcast Better Dad, and basically spoke about my desire to not be a parent. He is a new father and is one of the most conscious people I know: he doesn’t take his filial role lightly. Maybe that’s why it was a delight about something not many are keen on addressing. We are gradually reaching the stage where the question is changing from “why don’t you have kids?” to “why do you want to have kids?”—and this shift is laden with a lot of discomfort for all parties involved.
On that delightful note, let’s get a bit more familiar with Ranga. We’ve been taking care of him for more than half a decade now and he is so great at taking care of himself that I can’t even call myself a pet parent.
Anyhow, let’s take a walk with the laziest dog I know.
PS. If you do listen to the podcast shared above, sorry in advance for the audio issues.
